We love a chic antique diamond star! The center design on this ring was most likely a pin that was later converted to a ring. The sound center is a satin finish 15 karat gold with a 0.03 carat old mine cut diamond center. Around the star center is a twisted rope design for a lovely frame. The band is a simple gold wire that can easily be resized!
